Registration

Please note that a Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol is used in the payment form below.

All presenters, in music and papers: one person (performer or co-author) MUST be registered for their piece / paper to be included in the programme.

If a performance involves multiple performers, only one member of the group needs to register in order for all to be able to perform, but if the other performers wish to attend the rest of the conference, outside of the event they are performing in, they must register.

Some tips on using the registration system:

1. Use the form or the calendar view to select the date 1st July 2014.
2. Press “Show Tickets”.
3. Available tickets will be displayed. Select the quantity of tickets required and click “Next” at the bottom.
4. You will then be instructed to purchase your tickets and enter your personal details.

Important Information:

- FULL (4-DAY) Conference registration is listed under 1st July.
- 1-day Conference Registration should be selected on the date you wish to attend.
- Please note that Banquet tickets are not included on 1-day registration, and must be purchased separately.

Your registration includes:
- Lunch and refreshments for each day you have registered
- Free attendance to all NIME and BEAM@NIME concerts (prior registration required)
- Free attendance to our Gala Banquet on Wednesday 2nd July
