Registration

Conference registration fees:

	Students	Non-Students
Early registration (on or before April 15, 2005)	$250 CDN	$400 CDN
Registration (after April 15, 2005)	$300 CDN	$475 CDN

This registration includes:

• access to conference sessions
• printed conference program and proceedings
• concert tickets
• conference reception

Workshop registration fees:

Mobile Music (May 25, 2005 - full day)*	$100 CDN
ChucK (May 25, 2005 - half day)	$50 CDN

*	Due to limited seating, Mobile Music Workshop participants should first contact workshop co-organizer Lalya Gaye before registering. Authors of accepted submissions will have priority.

Additional copies of the conference proceedings can be ordered for $25 CDN each.
Additional reception tickets can be ordered for $25 CDN each.
Additional concert tickets can be ordered for $10 CDN each.

Accommodation

A limited of number of rooms in shared apartments and private suites are available, located on the UBC campus. Accommodation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms must be booked by April 15, 2005 to qualify for the special rate. Cancellations after April 15, 2005 will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.

Guests living in a shared apartment will have their own room, and share a lounge, washroom and television with 5 other guests. Daily housekeeping service, bed linens and towels are provided. The cost is $50 CDN per night.

Private suites are equipped with a kitchenette, private washroom, telephone and television. Daily housekeeping service, bed linens and towels are provided. The cost is $85 CDN per night for a suite with one twin bed, $105 CDN per night for a suite with one double bed, and $125 CDN per night for two twin beds and a pull-out sofa bed.

Payment

Payment will be accepted by either a bank draft made out to "University of British Columbia", or by credit card (Visa or Master Card).
