Submissions are handled by the NIME online submission system and require a description (in English language) of the proposed piece and additional documentation material. Depending on the type of Performance Submission, different information is required; please read the following carefully. In the online submission system you must specify which type of Performance is applicable for your piece. Please be sure to check the plans and technical specifications of the performance spaces to be sure that the venues available can support your work. Setup and sound check for all performances will happen ON THE DAY OF the relevant concert at times scheduled by the concert production staff. In addition, all concerts will necessitate efficient change of stage setup between pieces. As the programs takes place in the context of the conference, NIME 09 will not be able to provide performers, instruments, or financial support. The authors of the accepted works are responsible for the successful presentation of their work.
