Registration Fees Early Student Registration - $150 Early Registration - $300 Regular Student Registration - $200 Regular Registration - $400 Registration will be unavailable after 5 p.m. EST June 1, 2009 ONLINE REGISTRATION On-site registration will be available beginning 5-7 pm Wednesday, June 3 and all day Thursday, June 4 (cash or credit card) $200 students $400 all others $135 one-day pass $10 one-night concert admission only Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations received prior to June 1, 2009 will be charged a $50.00 fee as well as any extras. All cancellations received on or after June 1, 2009 will be charged 100% of the total registration fee including any extras. In order to cancel, you must notify Conference and Event Services (confserv@andrew.cmu.edu) in writing. Any refunds applicable will be issued within 30 days of receipt. Cancellation by the Organizer Should the event be canceled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, all fees collected will be refunded in full within 30 days of the expected date of the event.
