Registration fees for the NIME04 Conference are described below.

Registration Fees

Because of the setting of minimum submission fee, we regret that no refunds will be granted to participants who fail to cancel. But you or your organization may send another person in your place. "NIME04 Kit" (Proceedings, Program, Bag, etc) will be shipped later from a secretariat to the participant who paid registration fee and did not come to NIME04.

Traveling to Japan

• Please be sure to check whether you need a visa to travel to Japan !

For your travel grant application, you may require a letter of invitation.In this case, we will issue one from the chair of NIME04.  Please contact the secretariat of NIME04.This invitation letter is only to confirm your attendance at NIME04; it has nothing to do with acceptance or rejection of paper and performance submissions.
