Details

The full registration fee for NIME 2002 is 250 Euro. This fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, a ticket for the conference banquet and a ticket to the NIME public concert on Friday May 24th.

Student Registration
If you are a full-time student, you are eligible for the student registration rate of 150 Euro.

Students must provide proof of their full-time status such as a copy of a student ID along with their registration payment.

Early Registration Deadline
The deadline for early registration is April 19th 2002.

IMPORTANT: After this date, both full and student registration fees will be raised by 50 Euro. The full late registration fee will be 300 Euro and the student late registration fee will be 200 Euro.

Payment method
Payment is by cheque and money order only.These should be made payable to: Media Lab Europe LTD. Please note that standard US dollar money orders cannot be collected overseas. We will accept international money orders in US dollars and also Euro bank drafts.

Registration Procedure

Please remember to check whether you'll need a visa to travel to Ireland! Please note also that nationals from some Asian countries who wish to attend the NIME 2002 conference will need a formal invitation from Media Lab Europe along with a visiting/travel visa from the Irish Embassy.
