Abstract
This paper presents research on control of electronic signal feedback in brass instruments through the development of a new augmented musical instrument, the Feedback Trombone. The Feedback Trombone (FBT) extends the traditional acoustic trombone interface with a speaker, microphone, and custom analog and digital hardware.
